What I am trying to shine light on with this research is to adress the hiarchy in the supermarket and what difference it makes when talking about communication and responsibility.
I also want to put a humanizing part in my research because I think it is important that our customers find out how much time we work, what we do and what we eventuallu use our money for. Especially in these times, when our job is crucial and people often neglet this or are rude to us.
(When I say "us" I mean supermarket employees, as I myself am one.)
