Putting a flyer in every basket. On the flyers I placed different reasons why and how much hours my colleagues worked. With this my aim was that customers understand why we work and how much e ffort goes into it so we can pay what we work for.

Putting up flyers on the entrances to the restricted areas/the places where customers aren’t allowed. In the form of a poster which makes clear that customers or certain employees are not allowed to go into that certain space.

Make employees more humanizing by putting fav films, foods or activity on their name tag
instead of their actual name. So you get to know the human a bit more instead of just the employee.
